Marketing Strategy Leader is a boutique consulting firm founded in 2019 and led by Hester Tinti-Kane. Hester is an award-winning, strategic leader with deep experience in digital communications strategy. Over the years, she’s worked in media, education, non-profit, technology and financial industries. A collaborative partnership developer, Hester has led cross-functional teams. She’s also managed external relationships with advertising agencies, media outlets, national associations and third party research groups. Hester’s experience includes over twenty five years in the education industry and six years of college level teaching. She brings extensive experience and a large, valuable network to our engagements with organizations. Our Learning

That’s why Hester teaches marketing, communications, and research courses at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Hester describes herself as an achiever, a learner, and a strategist. In addition, she’s also been described as a communicator, collaborator and influencer. She’s an expert in strategic marketing and communication, partnership development and management, and marketing analytics. Hester also works on thought leadership, market research, event management and program development, and presenting, hosting and moderating at events. Our most recent client engagements include Solomon Private Wealth, HERDI (the Higher Education Research and Development Institute), and Ellucian. HERDI is our longest client relationship – we’ve been working together since we launched Marketing Strategy Leader in 2019!
